If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration - Nikola Tesla
Sound healing may seem esoteric, but in reality it has been implemented for centuries, dating back to aboriginals, ancient greeks, and Native American healers. They used their given voices, singing tones and mantras, playing instruments such as the didgeridoo, Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, drums and gongs, to name a few.
To fully grasp this concept, we must first understand that the human body is made of up to 70% water, and it is scientifically proven that vibrations travel over four times faster in water than air. Water is greatly affected by surroundings, just as the moon pulls the tides.
Having studied Reiki through master level, I came to love researching new modalities in energy healing, including the addition of sound and vibration. In fact, over the last few years I’ve found myself blocking out mainstream music and selectively listening to frequencies with specific intentions for desired results, enhancing focus, memory, intelligence, aiding with sleep, bringing positivity, and abundance.
We don’t only feed our bodies by traditionally eating - what you speak and listen to is also either nourishment or poison, and has a direct reaction on a cellular level.
This also gives credibility to the importance of positive affirmations and how it manifests into creating our own reality. On an even deeper level, human vibrational energy, which also includes thoughts and ideas, affect the molecular structure of water and the way it crystalizes. This can be seen below in the microscopic study of water formations after different spoken words.
On the cutting-edge quest to help you become the best version of yourself, all of my products are handcrafted in a high vibrational environment with a combination of healing frequencies. Being a botanical collection, I chose to work with 432Hz, the harmonic intonation of nature, as well as 528Hz, which is the same frequency of love, used to repair DNA and restore equilibrium.
