The Entourage Effect: Terpenes
Most people have recently become familiar with Cannabinoids, yet have little knowledge of Terpenes and their incredible synergistic affects. Terpenes are fragrant oils found in Cannabis and other plants, which also give aromatic diversity and act as a catalyst. Like cannabinoids, terpenes bind to receptors creating various effects and enhancing the cannabinoid response.
This means that while terpenes and cannabinoids are fantastic on their own, when combined, they significantly enhance the benefits - This is known as the Entourage Effect.
